Welcome to my site! It lists every song that has ever entered the official Top 100 Singles Chart in Australia since 1950. Over 82% of those songs have streaming audio which can be played as individual tracks or via one of the site's many jukeboxes/playlists. Being able to hear the songs can be helpful for people who don't always know the name of songs that they like or have heard. I created this site to help people reconnect with songs that they've liked from the past and to discover many more!

Hopefully these lists can help people increase their music collections now that many songs are easily downloadable from iTunes, Amazon, etc. All of the lists have accurate AMR/ARIA chart information. Also featured on the site are my personal top singles lists plus the top selling singles in Australia for each year and decade from 1950 onwards. There's also top singles of all time lists and plenty more!!

  1. Hey, great job you are doing! I've been looking all over for this! Do you happen to know which of these songs crossed over to 2016 in the top 10s?

  2. Hi Robin, you can view the weekly ARIA Top 50 charts here:

    http://australian-charts.com/weekchart.asp?cat=s&year=2016&date=20160110

That chart and the subsequent weeks of charts will tell you which 2015 songs were in the Top 10 in 2016. :)

    1. Thanks for the reply :)

After going back and forth between Aria Charts and Australian Charts I found that the Australian Charts is one week behind... Do you know anything about this? I found it very strange, especially if its always like that.

    2. Its critical since Ocean Drives was only in the top 10s the first week (according to Australian Charts). If this list is lagging one week behind (meaning the song only charted in the top 10s in 2015), the song will sadly not eligible for a project Im working on :P

    3. On australian-charts.com they chose to date the ARIA charts for the day that the charting week ends on, whereas ARIA's own published charts and reports are dated for the day the charting week begins on. Therefore the chart I linked to above (dated 10/01/2016 on that site) is the first ARIA chart of the year (dated 04/01/2016 by ARIA).

Ocean Drive was in the Top 10 in the last week of 2015 but dropped out in the first week of 2016. You may like to check out the following ARIA 'Chartifacts' thread on australian-charts.com to cross-reference:

An archived copy of the ARIA report in question (in PDF file format) can also be used. Click on Issue 1349 (4 January 2016) in the list here:

I hope this helps and good luck with your project! :)
